Return Period
You may return any item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging, tags, and accessories included.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.
• We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Processing

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
